Why do I pay for shipping?+
The shipping charge covers the carrier service, tracking and protective packaging chosen for your order. It is designed to give the decal a safer trip and give you delivery visibility.
Where do you ship?+
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States only, always with tracking. Shipping to other countries is not available.
Will my decal be folded or cut?+
No. We do not fold the decal or cut it into pieces simply to fit a smaller mail format. We choose packaging that respects the ordered dimensions.
Where do I find my tracking?+
When the parcel is processed, tracking appears in your eBay order details. Carrier scans can take a little time to appear after handoff.
How fast is delivery?+
We prepare orders promptly in Québec. The eBay estimate reflects the selected service and destination; carrier, customs, weather and peak periods can affect transit time.
What if the package arrives damaged?+
Keep the packaging, take clear photos and contact us through your eBay order. The tracking and photos help us understand what happened and assist you properly.
